Manager Assistance Program (MAP)
MAP is a satellite of the Employee Assistance Program that targets manager / supervisor needs. It provides prompt telephone consultations to management and supervisory personnel in dealing with difficult people issues.

It is available for supervisors / managers in the following circumstances:

  • When you are faced with a difficult staff, management situation and would value the opportunity to talk it over and come away with some fresh ideas on how to approach it.
  • When thinking you would like to encourage someone to use the EAP but you are not sure how to best approach it.
  • With a staff member's agreement, you refer them for EAP counselling.
