Sanjeevan possesses a wide range of expertise in various areas in counselling such as
- Individual Counselling: providing one-on-one counselling services to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and life transitions
- Couple and Family Counselling: experience in helping couples and families navigate challenges, communication issues, conflict resolution and spousal violence.
- Child and Adolescent: Sanjeevan is dedicated to supporting children and adolescent through unique challenges they face such as academic stress, peer pressure and emotional development.
